The transformation of the Project management process has significantly improved Management performance. Using the Power Automate and Power Apps solutions to generate quotes on site has reduced time to Manage. This in turn has increased conversion rates as customers appreciate the more expedient service. We began with consultancy to fully understand the pain points of the current process. Many of the issues faced were related to the delay in Task and Project tracking. So a transformation of the business’ processes was required to tackle this issue. It was determined a solution would meet the need.
Their Organization offering users to share documents and manage digital signatures and legal contracts with each other. The platform also offers solutions such as contract life cycle management, contract analytics, and document generation. It can also be integrated with Microsoft and other tools.
Contract Management became the central repository for our business, Contractor and all the Users as well. They used it to save documents, share quick information and save time. It helped the company improve collaboration to a great extent.The process of document submission, approval and visibility were streamlined
We created different Document libraries for each location and department so when a document was assigned to a library, it was automatically available for Contractors in that department and location to access the information per their user permissions.To restrict access, we created different user groups like the Contractor, Admin, and view-only groups. Different level of access permissions was also managed using user permission settings.
The Customer had a strong security requirements from clients’ side. It needed to develop from scratch a full-scale Information Security Management including development of security policies, implementation of security measures and controls because of Confidential Agreements and Contract details.
The company only required a simple offering to track Timesheet, but wanted a solution that could be used on the go and had options for reporting on. As all staff already used Microsoft Teams for business tasks and communication on-the-go, we established that a Power Apps TimeSheet built would be the perfect solution.
DesireInfoweb's Team developed TimeSheet which helped to identify tasks that are currently taking the longest. While this in part has helped management understand workload, it has also allowed the organisation to investigate other solutions for simplifying tasks, starting a digital transformation journey through the smarter use of business intelligence.
The primary difficulty was sending emails with time sheets to the relevant leaders and managers who needed to manage users. Eventually, we managed all users and deployed this functionality.
Using the Power Apps Timesheet has given the organisation a better understanding of where effort is currently being directed. It’s helped managers to better balance resource usage, allowing time to be reallocated from one department to others where it's felt it is needed.
